Most of our scooters and power wheelchairs ship free in the contiguous US and are in transit for 3 to 7 business days after they ship. When that is too slow, we book a faster service. That can be expedited truck freight booked toward a carrier delivery window, a dedicated truck that drives straight to you, air freight that is in transit for one or two business days, or weekend delivery where the carrier offers it. A carrier delivery window is a booking target, not a guarantee. You pick the service and we tell you the cost first. Air freight for a lithium battery model needs dangerous goods packing, which adds cost and can add a day or two.

Stock decides how fast it can ship
Stock matters as much as the carrier. A model that is in stock usually leaves the warehouse within one business day. A model built or customized to order can take up to two weeks before it ships, and faster freight does not shorten that part. Two colors of the same scooter can have different stock, so call before you order and we will check the exact model and color you want. What rush delivery costs
Standard freight is free on most products. Rush delivery is an extra charge that depends on the crated size and weight of the model, the distance from the warehouse and the service you pick, so we quote every order separately.
A recent order gives an idea of the cost. A Merits Vision Super power wheelchair was ordered on a Thursday, left the Florida warehouse the same day on expedited freight and reached a home in Rhode Island the following Tuesday. The rush freight cost about $1,875.
